WHAT SORT OF BUSINESSES DO YOU WORK WITH?
We work with bootstrapped & funded #fintech startups who need to find a path to sustainable growth before the cash runs out. Or perhaps you’re looking to strengthen your case for funding to avoid giving away too much control of your business to interfering investors.
CAN YOU HELP ME PUT THESE ‘STRATEGIES’ INTO ACTION?
Yes. We only care about helping you grow more revenue. Once we’ve helped you figure out a ‘roadmap’, we’ll help you put it into action. We’ll also help you stay focussed, motivated & on-track by reviewing progress with you on a regular basis, typically monthly. Our aim is to get you fully up-and-running with a growth ‘system’ (& make ourselves redundant!) as soon as possible.
I’VE GOT A BUSINESS TO RUN. ISN’T THIS ALL A BIT OF A DISTRACTION?
If you don’t find customers and generate revenue then you don’t have a business. We can help you with proven techniques to validate whether you have an idea that people will pay for (traction), and if so, find the path to growth.
CAN YOU BUILD ME A WEBSITE THAT GENERATES MORE BUSINESS?
Yes. We can do the heavy lifting of creating & looking after a powerful marketing website that brings your ‘roadmap’ to life. We can take care of all the technical stuff (including the website, hosting, content management system, email database, marketing automation, analytics & SEO tools), so you can stay focused on what you do best. We typically do this for an all-in monthly payment so you don’t have to lift a finger.
DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?
We do not believe the billable hour serves your best interests. We prefer to charge a transparent one-off and/or monthly fee based on the value we create for you. This way, our interests are 100% aligned with yours.
WHO CAN I EXPECT TO WORK WITH?
Our founder, Ben Breen. Ben works with a network of independent specialists and experts in their fields, and brings them in as necessary. But Ben will be your point of contact.
WHAT DOES ‘ENGORAH’ MEAN?
It’s a mash-up of Engage + Agora (Greek for gathering place / assembly / marketplace) + ‘h’
I know, I know, but it seemed like a good idea at the time!
