First off, let me introduce myself.

I’m Ben Breen and I am among other things, an independent professional … Change Agent. That means I make change happen – resulting in a positive business outcome. I set up Engorah in June this year so I can provide these services to businesses in the Banking & Capital Markets sector.

What qualifies me to consult on Change in Banking and Capital Markets?

I have a 25 year track record of successfully delivering Change for organisations of all shapes and sizes – more specifically, over the last 15 years for investment & corporate banks (including JP Morgan, BarCap, UBS) and other players in the capital markets sector such as Reuters and London Stock Exchange.
